Today, we are going to be looking at the choices we make. This conversation is incredibly important because when we make bad choices, we open ourselves up to toxic things that can harm us from the inside out.
Bad choices in any area bring the same consequences as bad choices in every area, they all separate us from God.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;
fools despise wisdom and instruction.

How do we make better choices?
Better choices begin with a fear of God.
God has given us the freedom to choose
-
- Some choices are important
- Some choices are unimportant
- Just because I can does not mean I should
- Each of us has a choice to make, and we get to live with the consequences of our choice
There are consequences of our spiritual choices (Deut. 30:11-14; 19-20)

- Choose life
- Love the Lord your God
- Listen to His voice
- Hold fast to Him
The wonderful thing about Jesus… if you are here today, He is giving you another opportunity to make a choice. Right now is a moment of decision. You can choose Jesus…or you can choose to continue to go your own way.
I encourage you to choose Jesus.
